Does RideCab work with my existing WooCommerce store?
Yes. RideCab integrates natively with WooCommerce — bookings go through the standard cart and checkout. Any payment gateway that works with WooCommerce (Stripe, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.) works automatically. HPOS is fully supported.
Do I need Google Maps? Is it expensive?
Google Maps API is required for address autocomplete and geofences. Google offers a $200/month free credit, which covers thousands of bookings at no cost for most small to medium businesses. The plugin loads Maps only on pages that contain the booking form shortcode — never globally.
Can I use it on multiple websites?
The license covers 1 website. If you need to use RideCab on additional sites, you will need a separate license for each.
What kind of support is included?
Support is not included in the base license. You can add the Extended Support plan ($24/yr) at checkout, which covers installation, configuration, and plugin bugs via priority email and WhatsApp.
Are updates included after purchase?
