1 Definitions

• "Seller" — Canopus Web Agency, operator of ridecabwp.com
• "Customer" — any individual or legal entity purchasing the RideCab plugin
• "Product" — the RideCab WordPress plugin, a digital downloadable software product
• "License" — the right granted to the Customer to install and use the Product on one (1) website

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase on ridecabwp.com, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision, you must not proceed with the purchase.

These Terms apply exclusively to purchases made through ridecabwp.com and supersede any other agreement or representation unless expressly agreed in writing by the Seller.

3 Product Description

RideCab Professional is a premium WordPress plugin for online taxi and cab booking, built on WooCommerce. It includes:

• Plugin ZIP file — instant digital download upon payment confirmation
• Full PHP, JavaScript, and CSS source code
• Complete online documentation at ridecabwp.com/documentation
• All future updates to the same major version, delivered via ridecabwp.com
• Language files: English, French, Spanish, Arabic

Screenshots, demo videos, and feature descriptions on ridecabwp.com accurately represent the Product. The Customer is encouraged to review the documentation and demo before purchasing.

4 Pricing and Payment

The current price of RideCab Professional is $79 USD, payable as a one-time fee. No recurring subscription is required for the base product.

• An optional Extended Support add-on is available for $24/year, renewable annually
• All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of any applicable local taxes, which may be added at checkout
• Payment is processed securely by WooCommerce and the chosen payment gateway (Stripe, PayPal, etc.). The Seller does not store card details
• The purchase is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation email is sent

5 Delivery

RideCab is a digital product. Upon successful payment:

• A download link for the plugin ZIP file is provided immediately on the order confirmation page
• An order confirmation email with the download link is sent to the email address provided at checkout
• The Customer can re-download the file at any time from their account on ridecabwp.com

6 License

Upon purchase, the Seller grants the Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, perpetual license to install and use the Product on one (1) website.

• The Customer may not distribute, resell, sublicense, or share the plugin files with any third party
• The Customer may modify the source code for their own use on the licensed website only
• Using the Product on more than one website requires the purchase of additional licenses
• The license is personal to the Customer and may not be transferred without prior written consent from the Seller

Violation of the license terms may result in immediate termination of the license without refund.

7 Updates

All future updates to RideCab within the same major version are included with the purchase at no additional cost. Updates are made available on ridecabwp.com and announced in the Changelog.

The Seller reserves the right to introduce a new major version with a separate purchase requirement. Customers will always retain access to the version they purchased.

8 Support

Standard support is included with every purchase and covers general questions about the plugin features.

The Extended Support add-on ($24/yr) covers installation, configuration assistance, and plugin bugs via priority email and WhatsApp for a period of 6 months, renewable annually.

• Support does not cover customisation requests, third-party plugin conflicts, or server/hosting configuration issues
• Response times: standard 3–5 business days; extended priority 1–2 business days
• Support is provided in English and French

9 Refund Policy

Because RideCab is a digital product that is delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued once the download link has been accessed.

Exceptions may be considered at the Seller's sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• The Product is fundamentally non-functional and the Seller is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time
• The Customer has not yet downloaded the file and requests a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase

To request a refund under an exceptional circumstance, contact ridecab@canopuswebagency.com within 7 days of purchase.

10 Intellectual Property

The RideCab plugin, its source code, design, documentation, and all associated assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Canopus Web Agency and are protected by copyright law.

The purchase of a license does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the Customer. The Customer is permitted to modify the code for their own licensed use only, and such modifications do not grant ownership of the underlying work.

11 Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided "as is". While the Seller makes every effort to ensure reliability and compatibility, the Seller cannot guarantee that the Product will be error-free or uninterrupted in all environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for:

• Loss of revenue, profits, or data resulting from use or inability to use the Product
• Incompatibilities with third-party themes, plugins, or hosting configurations not specified in the requirements
• Damage to the Customer's website or database arising from improper installation or modification

The Seller's total liability to the Customer shall in no event exceed the amount paid for the Product.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.

If you are a consumer located in the EU, you also retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.

13 Changes to These Terms

The Seller reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is always available at ridecabwp.com/terms. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
